I’ve never fit neatly into boxes like ‘UX’ or ‘industrial design’. From the beginning, I’ve been fascinated by transforming bold ideas into things people actually use — whether that’s a digital platform, a physical product, or the systems that connect them.
My career began in award-winning design-led innovation agencies across Europe and Asia, where I learned how to move fast, think broadly, and deliver products for global organizations like Vodafone, Logitech, and Helly Hansen. That foundation set me up to join a tight-knit music-tech startup (Electric Jukebox, now ROXI) as the first design hire — where I led all design efforts from the hardware, to the app UI/UX, to the packaging experience, and helping the team grow from 2 people to 50 and launch a product sold in major retailers.
Later, at LIXIL in Singapore, I led a team of eight designers working across three global brands, creating holistic bathroom and kitchen experiences used by over a billion people worldwide. Back in London, I joined the Royal College of Arts, Design Age Institute, guided and coached ventures tackling inclusive design challenges — from XR training tools to EV interfaces. Today, I’m contributing to the redesign of a specialist B2B SaaS platform, helping it stay ahead of global competition by shaping smarter, more intuitive customer journeys.
Along the way, my work has spanned industries such as travel, consumer tech, mobility, energy, retail, and finance — but the common thread has always been the same: human-centered design that balances creativity, insights, craft, and commercial impact.
I’m British-born, Caribbean-descended, and shaped by diverse cultures — I stay curious through travel, sport, and seeking out new perspectives. I thrive when the brief is messy, the vision is bold, and the stakes are high — because that’s where design can make the biggest difference.
